Three projects that define the state of art of living

What are the new spaces we live in like? Times change, and with them, architecture and interior design, disciplines that come together to offer us functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. In this post, we highlight three projects that define the current state of living.

An industrialized home in just one morning: Casa Ranón

ROOM2030 has created this home, which is also a product of open industrialization. Casa Ranón, located in this area of Asturias, required only one day for assembly and just twelve weeks for manufacturing. It is a courtyard house model consisting of three residential modules and one auxiliary module (a guest pavilion), which is part of the start-up’s portfolio. It adapts to local regulations, the chosen location, and the customization desired by each client.

Passivhaus and 100% wood in just 10 months: Eneida

This development of 16 homes in Mallorca is a success story of the entire wood value chain: from the raw material provided by the solution manufacturer – Finsa, the industrialization by WES PANEL, the design work by Estudio Lamela, and the commitment of the developer AEDAS Homes. These homes were built in just ten months thanks to the 2D industrialized light timber frame with the high-performance SuperPan H Tech P5 board.

Luxury and exclusivity with roots: Hippiements

The Hippiements apartments combine high-end finishes with the essence and nature of Ibiza. The i-bau architects studio managed to create privacy and openness through a play of light and shadow with cantilevered structures on the facades, which are repeated in the interior courtyards. This project was recognized with the International Property Award 2020/2021.
