Are you looking for inspiration for a restaurant project or a healthcare clinic? These two types of retail have a lot in common, from prioritizing cleanliness and hygiene to generating a sense of calm and warmth. We analyze five successful works so you can consider what works in each case.
The Italian character in Alicante
The Italian restaurant Daforno, conceived by Xavier Pastor, is part of La Marina Resort (Alicante). It shares toilets and lounges with another establishment, so it had to resolve both spaces in a single set while still marking the imprint of the venue. To achieve this, it took advantage of the interior volume, creating a suitable flow for the outdoor terrace.
Details through interior design
Aseptic and monochromatic designs are a thing of the past for healthcare environments, as demonstrated by the boutique dental clinic in Carcaixent, located on the ground floor of a historic building from the early 20th century, whose authenticity has been carefully preserved. Vitale has captured the essence of this approach with a design that pays special attention to detail, adopting an organic visual aesthetic and a formal and color scheme that contributes to a wellness and trust experience for its patients.
Tasting the food to conceptualize the restaurant
TALLER 32 experienced a restaurant’s food and its processes to enhance the layout, usage, aesthetics, and lighting while the María de la O restaurant was operational. In this manner, they observed its development, the culinary experience, and the story they aimed to convey.
Peaceful, friendly, and optimistic design
This dental clinic, conceived by Pablo Muñoz Payá, started from the creation of a positive sensory experience for its patients, through a design that sought to generate a peaceful, friendly, and optimistic atmosphere. The integration of natural elements such as vegetation and the use of specific materials contributed to this goal.
Franchise with personality
Giving a franchise restaurant its own personality without losing brand recognition is a challenge. This is the task that the La Mafia team undertakes in each project. The idea is that not everything looks the same, that within the same venue different furniture, corners, or rooms are discovered.
