Interihotel kicks off this week, showcasing the latest trends and innovations in interior design for the hospitality industry. From Connections by Finsa, we’ve handpicked three projects you shouldn’t miss if you find yourself in Barcelona between October 18th and 20th:
A fresh take on dining spaces
The ECO-JIN concept room for the UDON Asian restaurant chain offers functionality and dynamism for today’s modern traveler. This revitalized concept, designed by Francesc Rifé Studio, incorporates home-associated elements, repurposing them, such as the wooden Venetian blinds.

A bed floating in a picturesque paradise
Another concept room that stands out is VITALITY HAVEN, designed by Capella-García Arquitectura and inspired by Senator Hotels & Resorts. Warm textures and materials create a Mediterranean cove around a bed that appears to float above this beach-like setting.

Indoors or Outdoors?
As we mentioned earlier, Interihotel is much more than just rooms, as exemplified by the Finsa booth, which presents a flexible space concept blurring the boundaries between inside and outside. Designed by Jaime Beriestain Studio, this booth maximizes the use of transitional and mixed-use areas.
